We are excited to officially announce the start of Project CODE (2025-1-DE04-KA210-YOU-000354539), a Small-scale Partnership in Youth funded by the European Union. Running from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2026, this initiative brings together a dedicated consortium to reshape how youth organizations operate in the modern world.

Our Vision

The digital landscape is changing rapidly, and youth work must evolve with it. Project CODE focuses on Digital Youth Work, Inclusion, and Equality. Our primary objective is to successfully integrate a digital organizational culture into daily youth work practices.

We aren't just talking about new software; we are aiming to:

  • Empower youth organizations by enhancing their internal digital capacity.

  • Equip young people with essential digital skills for the future.

  • Foster Innovation in how youth organizations engage with their communities.

  • Build a Dynamic Ecosystem that is adaptive and responsive to the evolving needs of the youth sector.

What to Expect

Over the next 15 months, our partnership will implement a comprehensive suite of activities designed for maximum impact:

  • Digital Culture Assessments to identify where organizations stand today.

  • Transformative Roadmaps to provide a clear path for digital growth.

  • Capacity-Building through specialized workshops, webinars, and seminars.

  • Awareness Campaigns to promote the importance of digital readiness and non-discrimination.

A European Collaboration

Led by CHANCENGLEICH in Europa e.V. (Germany), this project is a true cross-border effort featuring:

  • Debatni klub Grada Nisa (Serbia)

  • HIBRIT GENCLIK KULUBU DERNEGI (Turkey)

  • Beyond Experience (Bulgaria)

Together, we are working toward a more agile and impactful youth sector that thrives in the digital age.

Stay tuned as we begin this transformative journey!
